April 12 Official Release Date! Album to Benefit Good Cause

Cedar and Sage are thrilled to announce April 12th as the official release date for their new full-length album, Rendezvous!

For the past 9  months Jacob and Daniel have been  dedicating much of their rare and fleeting spare moments (between working full time, family, sleeping children and other duties and responsibilities)  to collaborate musically with each other over 3,000 miles of distance (and a 3 hour time difference). No one is more excited for this release than we are!

The album will be our second official release as "Cedar and Sage." The first album “Christmas” was a collection of 7 songs that we made available for anyone to download free from our blog (haven’t heard it yet? Check it out here). Cedar and Sage are big believers in sharing music with the world, and we want to make sure everyone gets to hear what we’ve done (check out some sample tracks here.) For this reason, starting April 12th, we will provide access to the complete Rendezvous album  from our blog! For those who wish to show support, we will accept non-compulsory donations through PayPal on the blog (see below for more details on this).

After two weeks, we will launch downloadable tracks from an online purchasing site. Which will then be the only way to obtain the music.

MUSIC FOR A GOOD CAUSE!:

ALL proceeds from this album will be used to benefit the Daniel and Angela Callister Family Adoption Fund. Since 2006 Dan and Angie have struggled with fertility complications and have in recent years been working with adoption agencies to try to start their family, but these services are not inexpensive and financial limitations have greatly slowed their efforts. We think this is a great way for friends, family and others to support something truly meaningful while getting something neat in return.  To learn more, check out Dan and Angie’s Adoption Blog.
